This La Perla Tamarindo condo is situated on the desirable North West corner with views out towards the ocean and Playa Grande estuary. La Perla is situated in a peaceful residential neighborhood, just 1 block off the main beach road and a 2 block stroll to the sand. Tamarindo’s vibrant shops, restaurants, activities and nightlife are within 10 minutes on foot. La Perla has elevators, underground parking, private pool with poolside BBQ kitchen, gym, and a secure gated entry with 24 hour guard.

La Perla Tamarindo 2-4 offers floor-to-ceiling glass in the living areas and bedrooms for maximum tropical sunlight. This Tamarindo beach condo also offers an equipped kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and glass tile backsplash. This corner location allows for 3 terraces, including a large covered dining terrace, private terrace off the master bedroom, and long terrace shared by the two guest bedrooms.

La Perla Tamarindo 2-4 sleeps six comfortably. The spacious primary suite has a king bed and large ensuite bathroom with soaker tub, separate glass shower and double sinks. It also offers work space in case you have to check in at the office. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, private ensuite bathroom with raised bowl sink and large shower. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds. The third bathroom with shower is situated right across the hall. Beautiful La Perla 2-4 comes fully equipped with flat screen TV, appliances, beds, linens, dishes and washer/dryer – just bring your swim-suits!

Traveling with little ones? We have a pack-n-play available on a first come, first served basis for $10/night. To ensure availability and have the pack-n-play set up and ready for your arrival, please let us know in advance if you'd like to rent it.

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,500. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
