Welcome to Tamarindo Vacation rental Sunrise 51! This elegant two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is situated on the ground floor of the upscale Sunrise gated community, with its unbeatable location across the street from the famous sandy beach and steps to all of Tamarindo’s charming restaurants, shops, and activities.  Recently upgraded with new paint, linens, curtains, beds, and dishes, this sleek 1200 sq ft condo in tranquil Building 2 offers direct access to the freeform pool with a stunning waterfall feature (just walk through the sliding glass doors and you’ll be there!) and is just steps away from the beach—literally across the street!  Ideal for families and small groups, we comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

Indulge in the master bedroom's opulent king bed with a Smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a spacious shower. The large guest bedroom boasts a queen bed and double bed, also with its own ensuite bathroom. Relax in the living room while watching the Smart TV on our comfortable couches after a fun day of exploring Tamarindo. There are extra pillows and blankets available to ensure comfort throughout your stay. The fully equipped kitchen has new appliances including fridge, coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, electric frying pan, stove and microwave, wood cabinets, granite counters and eating bar. You can enjoy your meal at our elegant dining table, or grill on the terrace for an al fresco meal on our new patio set. 

For added convenience, Sunrise Tamarindo 51 provides an in-suite washer and dryer and air conditioning to keep you comfortable. With 24-hour gated entrance and security and complimentary parking and wifi, relaxation and peace of mind are guaranteed.

The Sunrise Tamarindo Condos feature a large freeform pool with waterfall, tropical gardens, elevators, 24 hour gated entrance with security, and free parking. Soak up the relaxed ambience while enjoying all the best that Tamarindo has to offer. Tamarindo is just 50 minutes from the international airport at Liberia, and makes a great base for exploring the rest of Costa Rica’s fabulous Gold Coast.

Traveling with little ones? We have a pack-n-play available on a first come, first served basis for $10/night. To ensure availability and have the pack-n-play set up and ready for your arrival, please let us know in advance if you'd like to rent it.

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,000. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
